| Who We Serve |
Adults in need of assistance to live as independently as possible is our specialty. Some of these include: Senior Citizens and Disabled Individuals (short or long term), Corporations for employees in need of assistance with family crisis.

| Getting Started is a Simple 1,2,3 process |
| |
1. First, we conduct an initial comprehensive assessment in the home.
The assessment includes:
- Details regarding the home environment,
- Safety issues,
- Social and family support,
- Medical needs,
- and functional ability.

2. Next, a plan of care is developed to meet needs identified during the assessment.
Our goal is to produce a plan of care that works toward the greatest degree of independence, safety and well-being of the client. |

3. Routinely, your case manager will monitor and evaluate effectiveness of care and the need for continuation of services.
We provide monthly monitoring and home visits at least quarterly to monitor the care supervision of our clients. |
